Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions below.

  • Return window:
    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition:
    Items must be unused, unassembled, unwashed, and in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
    Cookware that has been used, shows signs of wear, or has been exposed to heat, food, or cleaning agents cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Proof of purchase:
    A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged cookware (unless defective)

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
