An extra-strong thermal sandwich base, combining aluminum with a magnetic stainless-steel plate, ensures fast heat response and excellent heat retention across all cooktops, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. Like every nesto component, the pan integrates seamlessly into the system—stacking cleanly with other pots, pans, and lids, even when pieces share the same diameter.

With its generous depth and refined proportions, the Braising Pan transitions effortlessly from stovetop to oven (up to 260 °C / 500 °F without handle) and is elegantly shaped for serving directly at the table. Dishwasher safe for everyday convenience, with hand washing recommended to preserve the satin finish.
